A) RESOLUTIONS

1) Proposals for Coin Operated Laundry Facility Services

• To award the contract for Coin operated laundry facility services for the term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024 to Automatic Laundry Services Co., Inc. in the amount of 50.2% of proceeds.

2) Proposals for Technical Assistance Services, Moving to Work

• To award the one year Technical services, Moving To Work contract to Edgemere Consulting Corporation for a not to exceed annual fee of $45,000.

3) Beaudoin Village Roof Replacement and Exterior Finishes

• To approve Change Order No. 3 extending the time for completion 30 days to May 30, 2019.

4) Disposal Surplus Property, Thomas Skid

• To authorize the Executive Director to dispose of the 1993 Thomas Skid Loader by soliciting informal bids.

5) Administrative Plan Amendment Relating to the HHA’s Application process and use of a Centralized Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List.

• Authorize the HHA to amend the Administrative Plan and adopt GoSection8 as the new software vendor for the Centralized Waiting List.

6) Massachusetts Housing Partnership Technical Assistance application for Chestnut Street.

• To approve the letter of support for the Massachusetts Housing Partnership Technical Assistance for Vacant Land Development to further housing goals on the vacant Chestnut Street lots.
