AGENDA:

1) To approve minutes: October 4, 2018

2) Budget presentation by Fee Accountant, Teresa Ewald
3) EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT

A) RESOLUTIONS

1) Budget Approval

• To accept the FY 2019 Budgets and submit to HUD and DHCD for approval.

2) Fee Accountants Services

• To award the contract for Fee Accountant Services for the period of January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020 to Fenton, Ewald & Associates in the amount of $142,052.

3) Legal Services, Mixed Finance Transactions

• To award the mixed finance legal services for a one year contract with an option, in HHA’s sole discretion, to renew for an additional one year, to the firm, Ballard Spahr.

4) Proposals for Towing and Storage Services of unauthorized Vehicles on Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) Properties

• To award the five year Towing and Storage Services of Unauthorized Vehicles on HHA properties to Pleasant Street Auto Body and Repair, Inc. dba Hampshire Towing.

5) Bid for Pest Control Services Including Bedbugs

• To award the contract for Pest Control and Bedbug Extermination Services to Richland Pest & Bee Control in the amount of $85,859.

6) Toepfert Apartments Floor and Kitchen Upgrades II (Property Manager Office; 7, 1A; 22, 2D; 22, 3B; 15, 1C; 11, 2D; 34, 2E)

• To award the Floor and Kitchen Upgrades at Toepfert Apartments, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, RAC Builders Inc., in the amount of $325,325.

7) Beaudoin Village Roof Replacement and Exterior Finishes

• To approve Change order No.2 extending the time for completion 154 days to May 30, 2019.

8) 2019 Utility Allowance

• Authorize the HHA to apply the 2019 recommended utility allowances effective January 1, 2019 for all moves and March 1 2019 for all annual re-certifications.
