    • Applicant: Massachusetts Devision of Capital Asset Management
    • Representative: Melissa Coady, Tighe & Bond
    • Location: 303 Homestead Avenue (Holyoke Community College Campus Center) 
    • Description: Notice of Intent filed by Tighe & Bond on behalf of the Massachusetts Department of Capital Asset Management for the reconstruction of the Holyoke Community College Campus Center (303 Homestead Ave.) and the restoration of a portion of Tannery Brook that flows through the site locus  (MBP 155-00-004).  Approximately 19,170 0 s.f. of the reflecting pool will be temporarily impacted and permanently restored as a result of this Application.   A variance from the Commission’s fifty (50) foot limit of disturbance around resource areas has been requested by the Applicant.  The project is subject to and will also be reviewed according to the Massachusetts Stormwater Management Standards.
