The Culinary Knowledge Bowl Team at Holyoke Community College is putting on a South American Wine Dinner on January 24.

The dinner is a fundraiser to support the Team’s upcoming trip to the Northeastern Culinary Knowledge Bowl competition this spring. Students on the team will work with culinary professionals and other student volunteers from HCC’s Culinary Arts program to prepare and serve the five-course dinner, which will showcase South American cookery as well as wines from Chile and Argentina.
