Ordinance Committee Meeting

There will be a regular meeting of the Ordinance Committee on Tuesday Oct. 9th at 6:30pm

Item 1: Public Hearing: Zone change application, submitted by O’Connell Properties Inc. , for the property on 522 Hampden St. (Map 075 Block 02 Parcel 028) Holyoke MA Zone change proposal is from current zone BG to proposed zone RM- 

Item 2. Public Hearing: Application from RISE Holdings, Inc. for a special permit for a Registered Marijuana Dispensary  located at 130 Race St.   

Item 3: Public Hearing: Resident’s Petition requesting that the City Council “reconfigure Sunset Road  to reduce traffic cutting through the street and the surrounding community including Ashley Rd”.

Item 4: Bartley 9/5/18: Order:  The City of Holyoke consider for passage the following ordinance:  no person shall erect or maintain upon its property a fence, tree, shrub, bush or other vegetation which interferes unreasonably with the view of motorists and any order from the city of Holyoke Engineer for the partial or total removal of such fence, tree, shrub, bush or other vegetation shall be complied with forthwith

Item 5: Roman 9/5/18: Ordered that a handicap sign be placed in front of 294 Elm St. for Waleska M. Morin

Item 6: Lebron-Martinez 9/19/18: Ordered that handicap sign be placed in front of Cabot St. for Diana Torres

Item 7: Anderson-Burgos 9/19/18: Ordered that a handicap sign be placed in front of 184 Sargeant St. for Migdalia Colon

Item 8: Handicap application for Hector L. Anavitate at 261 Elm St.
