Item 1: Acceptance of previous meeting minutes
Item 2: Special Permit application of Mr. Eric Cassidy for a non-conforming use 4.7.2 at 187 Sargeant St./301 Linden St. (Assessors Map: 077 Block 02 Parcel 009) Change from a barber shop to a chiropractor’s office.
Item 3: Communication from Alicia Zoeller from the Office of Community Development Re: FY2017 Annual Plan Re-Programming of CDBG Funds
Item 4: 12/5/17: Order: “In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 40 Sec. 4A the City Council approve an inter municipal agreement between the Town of Amherst, City of Holyoke, City of Northampton, Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, City of Springfield and University of Massachusetts, Amherst for a regional bike share program to replace the prior approved inter municipal agreement dated December of 2015.”
Item 5: Sullivan 8/1/17: Order That the Honorable Holyoke City Council present our representatives in Boston with a resolution in support of Sheriff Cocchi’s plans for a substance abuse and recovery facility at the Hampden County House of Correction. Current programs lack adequate follow up and none are located in Wmass.
Item 6: Sullivan 9/5/17: Ordered that the HRA and HEDIC meet with the DGR to discuss the possibility and benefits of merging the two entities into one body.
Item 7: Roman 6/6/17: Order: that the attached letters from Morgan School’s 8th grade in support of the Parks Bond Package for the repair of Valley Arena Park be submitted to the Development and Government Relations Committee.
Item 8: Constituent letter regarding making property across from Sam’s Convenience Store into a community garden
