Location: Connecticut River, South of the former Mount Tom Coal Generating Station
Description: Temporary pad construction to facilitate insulator replacement at structure 7107/1109 located along utility line 1447/1428 east of Route 5.  The insulator replacement is being filled under section 310 CMR 10.02(2)(a)(2) which allows for activities conducted to repair, replace, but not substantially change or enlarge an existing lawfully located structures.  Additionally, the Applicant is requesting that Limited Project Status be granted for pad grading activities within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and the 200-Foot Riverfront Resource Area per 310 CMR 10.53(3)(d).
