Vaccine Clinic at Holyoke Senior Center

There will be a vaccine clinic is at the Holyoke Senior Center from 10am to 2pm on April 21st. This is the two shot Moderna vaccine.

Interested individuals should call 413-322-5625 to schedule an appointment.

This clinic is limited to Holyoke residents at this time.

As of April 19th, vaccine eligibility is open to anyone 16 years of age or older. The Moderna vaccine is only available to those 18+.
