2. Storefront Replacement – Falcetti Towers & Beaudry Boucher Apts.

  •  To approve the Certificate of Substantial Completion and conclude the close out process.

3. Access control Hardware Installation at High Rise Apartments

  • To approve Change Order No. 1 extending the time for completion 40 days to November 18, 2021.

4.  Admin Bldg. Falcetti Towers – Flooring Replacement Project

  • To approve change Order No. 1 extending the time for completion 30 days to November 19, 2021.

5. Invitation for Bid – Rubbish Removal Services

  • To award the Rubbish Removal Services to Republic Services as outlined as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.

6.  Admin Bldg. Falcetti Towers – Paint & Wallpapering Project

  • To approve Change Order No. 1 extending the time for completion 45 days to November 22, 2021.
