Description: Mowing and soil disturbance within detention swale/banks, dumping in BVW.

 

3. Enforcement Order Issued 6/12/25

Location: 77 S. Mayer Drive

Description: Cutting of 4 mature canopy trees at the edge of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) and placement of trunk segments, branches, and other woody debris within approximately 700 sqft. of BVW.
