(2)  Pursuant to Section 38.0 Article IV of the Holyoke Ordinance, an application for a Stormwater Permit by H& H Cultivation LLC. to create a parking lot and install stormwater management facilities at 42-48 Main Street, known as parcels 033-04-010 and 033-04-009 .
