3. Review and consider policy: Sewer House Calls Report for 2024

4. Hear developer’s appeal to City Engineer’s position requiring large development stormwater permit for battery energy storage system 361 Whitney Avenue

5. Application for Permit to Block or Obstruct the Public Way, Way Finders Inc., 213 Chestnut Street

6. CDBG application: prioritize sewer projects

7. Stormwater and other permit fees: clarification of applicability

8. Discuss with DPW Director the Board’s priorities for FY26 budget and capital plan

9. Review process on minutes postings procedure: development of agenda, meeting posting, recording minutes, approving minutes, minutes posting. Review additional administrative processes: internal abatement process procedures, house call billings.
