6. Public Hearing: Pursuant to Section 38.0 of the Holyoke Ordinance, an application for
a Stormwater Permit by the Holyoke Housing Authority to South Holyoke Homes Phase 2, an 8
unit residential building with a proposed subsurface detention system at 193 Clemente Street,
known as parcels 028-04-005, -006, -007 & -008.
