City of Holyoke Seeks Community Input on COVID-19 Recovery

Enter to Win Lunch with Mayor Joshua Garcia or a $200 Gift Card

The City of Holyoke received over $40 million in American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds from the United States Treasury to aid in recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The first half of ARPA-CSLFRF funds were provided to projects like small business grants, water and sewer infrastructure, affordable housing development, non-profits to improve their facilities and for mental health services last year.

The City, through the Office for Community Development, is conducting a survey to better understand the community needs for the next round of funding. Please take the ARPA Community Survey available online at https://forms.gle/Qg4nifirkTF1HEU38 (English) or https://forms.gle/P2W5kaW5vBWJ1j2R7 (Spanish) or request a paper copy by calling 413-322-5610 or at www.holyoke.org or on Facebook @HolyokeOCD. This survey is available in other languages and accessible formats upon request and will be available from July 1 through August 16.

Survey takers will be entered into a random drawing to win lunch with Mayor Garcia or a $200 gift card.  The ARPA Community Survey was recently included in Holyoke Gas and Electric monthly billing newsletter.

For more information, please contact the City of Holyoke Office for Community Development at 413-322-5610, on Facebook @Holyoke OCD, via email zoellera@holyoke.org or at www.holyoke.org.
