regards to sex offenders living in your community. |

Level 1 |
Records and information on level 1 offenders or
those the state determines to be low risk are
kept by the department, but are not available to
the public. |

Level 2 |
Citizens can go to the police department
directly & request information on level 2 or
moderate risk sex offenders. |
|
Level 3 |
Level 3 offenders are considered the most
dangerous with a high likelihood of committing
another crime. |
