City Seeks Community Input to Help Guide Future Use of Site Text Size
The City of Holyoke Office of Planning & Economic Development is seeking community input to determine desirable uses for a large site in the Ingleside area. We hope to use the results of this community survey, along with other information to answer four central research questions:
1) How does the community think the site could best serve Holyoke and the neighborhood?
2) What would the community like to see from the site? In other words, what would make the site visually appealing to the community?
3) What land uses would support both what the community values in the site and what the community would like to see in site aesthetics and design?
4) What development tools can help achieve the land uses that would support both what the community values in the site and what the community would like to see in site aesthetics and design?
