City Seeks Public’s Input for Housing and Community Development Needs Text Size
Every five years the City of Holyoke develops a Consolidated Plan, a document required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive federal funds like the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Program. The City is required to seek community input in the development of the Consolidated Plan. The survey is one method of gathering information. The goal of this survey is to identify housing and community development needs and priorities in Holyoke. The Five Year Consolidated Plan will guide the City in its expenditure of federal funds over the next five years.
