Program Description:
Holyoke Employment Partnership is a free job matching / job placement service. Job
candidates are pre-screened through personal interviews, work history verification, and
reference checks. Program Coordinator is also tied into the regional job development
network as an expanded resource.
Eligibility Criteria:
Services available to all responsible employers and job seekers.
Application Process:
Employers seeking services complete a job posting and provide an opportunity for the
Holyoke Employment Partnership Coordinator to conduct a site visit.
Job candidates complete an application at the Greater Holyoke Chamber office and interview with the Holyoke Employment Partnership Coordinator.
HEP Coordinator will match job openings/employer needs with available qualified candidates for referral.
All hiring decisions are made by the employer.
