The Holyoke Council on Aging is a municipal department providing services to enhance the lives of elders.  We offer a variety of ongoing programs and services including:

  • Transportation,
  • Health and wellness services,
  • Recreational programs,
  • Fitness classes,
  • Health insurance counseling,
  • Tax assistance, and
  • Meals.
Our staff is also here to assist elders and their loved ones to navigate the often confusing elder service network.

Our Senior Center and offices are located in downtown Holyoke at the War Memorial - 310 Appleton St.

We provide our services in a variety of locations throughout the city.

The monthly blood_pressure_schedule (pdf) for clinics located throughout the city is available here.

Our newsletter, Events Galore (PDF), is available here.

An Executive Summary of the community wide needs assessment (PDF) is available here.   The complete report is available for purchase.  Contact the Council on Aging for further information. holyoke_executive_summary_only
