PLANNING DEPARTMENT MAPS
PLANNING DEPARTMENT PLANS Master Plan - The Master Plan was completed in 1999 after several years of community input. Following the completion of the Plan, a complete recodification of the Zoning Ordinance was completed, as well as an Implementation Plan. The Implementation Plan was developed to aid in the successful completion of each goal. The Implementation Plan is in the process of being updated as to the progress and a 10 year final update will be completed by the summer. (The plan can also be reviewed and/or purchased at the Planning Department.)
South Holyoke Revitalization Strategy (HAP) - The Study was completed through funding provided to HAP from DHCD through a Priority Development Fund Grant. The development of the strategy was guided by the South Holyoke Revitalization Coordinating Committee which is is comprised of representatives of non-profit organizations, elected officials, City of Holyoke officials, neighborhood residents and local businesses. HAP served as the administrative lead for the project, in collaboration with Nueva Esperanza, Inc., who in partnership secured the grant.
EO418 Community Vision Plan - Holyoke completed its requirements with the EO418 through its recent completion, at the time, of the Master Plan and Open Space Plan. Below are the maps compiling that data.
