  • As part of the 2017 budgeting process, staff has reviewed current staffing levels and is proposing modification to the organizational structure to accommodate future work levels.

  • Budget Presentation for 2017 by Fee Accountants –Approve for submission to HUD

 

                                3)            Lyman Terrace

  • To authorize Executive Director’s signature for Lyman Terrace transactional documents

 

                                4)            Towing contract award

  • To approve award of Towing contract to Pleasant Street Auto Body d/b/a Hampshire Towing.

 

                                5)            PHADA Annual Commissioners’ Conference January 8-11, 2017

  • To approve travel to the PHADA Conference for Assistant Executive Director

 

                                6)            Procurement Policy

  • To approve revised procurement policy

 

                                7)            FMR’s

  • To adopt amended Section 8 Fair Market Rents and Payment Standards

 

 

                                8)            Utility Allowances

  • To adopt amended Utility allowances (HUD) for Section 8 and Public Housing Program

 

9)            Write offs for third quarter ending September 30, 2016

  • To approve Federal tenant accounts receivable write off in the amount of $3,144.00.

 

10)          HGE (Holyoke Gas & Electric) Virtual Net Metering

  • To approve the Executive Director to sign those documents necessary to participate in the Virtual Net Metering being structured by the Holyoke Gas & Electric (HGE).
