PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Holyoke Planning Board and Stormwater Authority will hold a joint Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 5:00 p.m., in the 4th Floor Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Holyoke, MA to hear, pursuant to Section 10.0 of the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance the following petitions submitted by SHR Energy Management, LLC:

• A Site Plan Review for the construction of a 2-acre solar array located on a 5.5 acre parcel on BOBALA ROAD, producing 649 KW DC power, and a Special Permit for an increase in fence height in the front yard; parcel 176-00-034.

• A Site Plan Review for the construction of a 2-acre solar array located in the north-east part of the 34 acre parcel on FORESTDALE CEMETARY; parcel 198-00-015.

• A Site Plan Review for the construction of a 2-acre solar array located on a 4.5 acre parcel on KELLY WAY, producing 649 KW DC power, and a Special Permit for an increase in fence height in the front yard; parcel 176-00-048.

A complete copy of the application and site plan may be seen in the Holyoke Planning Department Office, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, City Hall Annex, Rm 406, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday – Friday.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Holyoke Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., in the 4th Floor Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Holyoke, MA to hear, pursuant to Section 10.0 of the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance, a Site Plan Review and Special Permit application submitted by Bohler Engineering for a fast food restaurant to be located at 245 Whiting Farms Road, parcel 174-00-013.

McDonald’s USA, LLC is proposing to construct a 3,890 +/- free standing fast food restaurant including a side by side drive-thru. The site requires a Special Permit to allow multiple signs on a wall and adherence to the design of the Master Plan File #101.
