PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

 

The Holyoke Planning Board and the Stormwater Authority will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 6:30 p.m., in the 4th Floor Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Holyoke, MA to hear, pursuant to Section 10 of the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance, an application for a Site Plan Review, and pursuant to Section 5.4, a Special Permit for Multiple Principal Structures and a petition for Stormwater Management Permit for property located at 161 Lower Westfield Road, parcel 174-00-037.

 

161 Lower Westfield Road, LLC is proposing to install a 10,000 square foot temporary classroom space within the existing parking lot of the current development.

 

A complete copy of the application and site plan may be seen in the Holyoke Planning Department Office, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, City Hall Annex, Rm 406, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday – Friday.
