PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Holyoke Planning Board and Stormwater Authority will hold a joint Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 5:15 p.m., in City Hall Annex, Room 403, Holyoke, MA to hear, pursuant to Section 10.0 of the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance a Site Plan Review petition, pursuant to Section 7.9 Solar Facilities, pursuant to Section 4.6.3.2 Special Permit to Exceed Fence Height and a Stormwater Permit submitted by Aegis Energy Services, located at 55 Jackson Street.

The proposed development includes the rehabilitation of a portion of the former Parsons Paper complex, Building “18” having 35,832 g.s.f. and the installation of a 1.1 megawatt solar array, and associated site improvements.

A complete copy of the application and site plan may be seen in the Holyoke Planning Department Office, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, Rm 406, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. M-F.
