PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

The Holyoke Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 6:00 p.m., in the 4th Floor Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Holyoke, MA, to hear testimony concerning a special permit application for a sign exceeding 75 square feet in Shopping Center (SC) zone, per Section 6.4.6.4 “Signs in Business and Industrial Districts” of the Zoning Ordinance submitted by Destination XL Group, Inc. for the property located at 33 Holyoke Street, Unit 5, Map 174 – Block 00 – Parcel 020 of the Holyoke Assessor’s map.

Destination XL Group, Inc. is proposing to install one (1) “DXL MENS APPAREL” wall sign not to exceed 150 square feet in area.

A complete copy of the application may be seen in the Holyoke Office of Planning & Development, City Hall Annex, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, Suite 406, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
