4. City Council Orders Received:

Ordered, Whereas Beaudoin Village houses hundred of City residents who are in need of additional parking and recreation opportunities for their children.

Be it therefore ordered that the Housing Authority please design and install a parking lot in the field area near the office at lower Leary Drive in Beaudoin Village.  There is a significant need for parking and this would be very beneficial to the residents.  Furthermore, that the Housing Authority please work with the DPW and Park & Rec to design a new playscape.  The City should pay for this playscape and it should be in conjunction with the new parking lot to be installed in the area of lower Leary Drive to make a modern beautiful area for the residents of this important residence.

Ordered, that the Parks & Recreation Commissioners develop a plan for playground improvement (s) at Mayer Field and report to the Pubic Safety Committee with its ideas along with a budget.

Ordered, that the DPW and Pak & Rec please consider the possibility of installing a water sprinkler play area for the kids at Rohan Park.  Please consider a layout and provide a potential Cost estimate.
