Item 1: Previous Meeting Minutes

 

Item 2: A special permit application for The Parlor Faded Co. LLC for a 4.7.2. Non-Conforming Use at 230 Sargeant St. Map 089 Block 00 Parcel 017

 

Item 3: A special permit application for Forward Change Experience DBA Hobby Quest for a 4.7.2. Non-Conforming Use at 226 Sargeant St. Map 089 Block 00 Parcel 017

Item 4: Bartley 10/17/17: Order:  The City install a crosswalk from B.S. Church to the Messier parking lot across Northampton St near Carlton St. This is a constituent request.

Item 5: Leahy 10/17/17: Order:  the DPW gives Roberts Field a street number. There is too much confusion when people put the address into a GPS.

Item 6: Lisi 9/5/17: Order:  the DPW superintendent assess the placement of a signalized cross-walk near the Homestead Ave entrance to HC 

Item 7: McGiverin 2/21/17: Ordered that the City Council look into creating a parking authority

Item 8: McGee 1/2/18: Ordered, that order that the handicap parking sign near 970 Hampden Street be moved back away from the driveway as it is becoming a safety hazard for the home owner.

Item 9: Roman 1/16/18: Ordered that resident only parking be established on Ivy Avenue in Holyoke

Item 10: Roman 11/21/17: Order:  That a no parking sign across the street from the drive way of 25 Arthur Street.  This is request of the property owner

 

Item 11: Greaney 11/21/17: Order:  that the DPW places a stop sign at the intersection of Judith St. and Sheehan Dr. There have been multiple instances of near collisions with cars turning from Judas St. onto Sheehan Dr. without stopping. This is a constituent request.

 

Item 12: Bartley 11/21/17: Order:  the DPW consider a 4-way stop sign at Washington Ave. / Charles St. intersection. 

 

Item 13: Bartley Lebron-Martinez 11/21/17: Order:  Establish one “15-minute parking only” parking space in front of Easy Pick Convenience located at 224 Lyman St.

Item 14: Item 4: Letter from Mayor Morse requesting the Holyoke City Council approve a home rule petition requiring full state reimbursement to the City of Holyoke for charter school expenses based on M.G.L. c71 Section 89 funding formula
