Land/Estate Planning Workshop
Hosted by the Holyoke Conservation Commission & Kestrel Land Trust
West Holyoke, East Mountain & Mount Tom are home to some of the region’s most scenic properties. Several hundred acres of land will change hands over the next decade as families manage transitions of these properties. Conversion from agricultural or forest uses could impact the scenic beauty of this treasured landscape.
Please join the Conservation Commission and the Kestrel Trust on June 29th from 6-8 pm at Pilsudsky Park for an informal conversation about land preservation strategies that might be worth considering for your property. Light refreshments will be served and an attorney will be on-hand to answer legal questions about preserving your land.
