PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Holyoke Planning Board and the Stormwater Authority will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 6:00 p.m., in the 4th Floor Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Holyoke, MA to hear, pursuant to Section 10 of the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance, an application for a Site Plan Review, and a petition for a Stormwater Management Permit for property located at the southerly side of the intersection of Dwight & Main Street known, as parcels 033-05-003 and 030-01-002.
The City of Holyoke is proposing to construct a +/-7,450 square foot Rail Platform and other site improvements.
A complete copy of the application and site plan may be seen in the Holyoke Planning Department Office, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza, City Hall Annex, Rm 406, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday – Friday.
