CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, HOLYOKE, MA

(meeting is being recorded)

 Table 5.2 be revised to include all currently defined Zones and to clarify the distinction between building coverage and total developed coverage on a parcel.

  1. City establish a six-month temporary moratorium on the siting or licensing of any Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers/Registered Marijuana Dispensaries, allowing time for the study and creation of appropriate zoning regulations.
  2. Sections 8.1 “Floodplain Overlay District” and Section 8.4 “Professional Office Overlay District” be amended to begin with a stated Purpose for the District.
  3. Sections 6.1.3 (Parking Setbacks), Section 6.5 (Performance Standards) and Section 6.6 (Landscaping Requirements) and any related Sections of the Zoning Ordinances be reviewed for update.
