3)     Rosary Towers Kitchen Upgrades

To approve Change order to reflect difference between Architect’s carrying value and actual bids received for Rosary Towers Kitchen Upgrades Phase 2

 
4)     To approve Moving to work consultant – bid for a one year period, with a one year option to renew.
