        1)            2016 Section 8 Fair Market Rents and Payment Standards

To authorize the Holyoke Housing Authority to continue to apply the current 2015 Fair Market Rents without increasing to the 2016 Fair Market Rents

        2)            Rosary Towers Balconies
In the best interest of the Holyoke Housing Authority and per regulations, cancel the solicitation and rebid

       3)            DHCD (Department of Housing and Community Development) Work Plan 5001, Amendment #4 in the amount of $17,465.00
To accept Work Plan 5001, Amendment #4 for Siebel Apartments to remove exposed asbestos insulation on piping

        4)            DHCD (Department of Housing and Community Development) Funding for FY18 in the amount of $102,951.00
To accept DHCD funding for FY18

 

       5)            Capital Improvement Plan Funding through DHCD
To approve the Capital Improvement Planning for submission to DHCD (Department of Housing and Community Development)

       6)            Write offs – Federal
To approve write off of $4,621.27 for Federal Tenant Accounts Receivable
