1) Beaudoin Village Security Grant
To award Security Grant to M. L. Schmidt in the amount of $110,880.
2) Rosary Towers Concrete Balconies and Bands
To award the concrete balcony and band repair to MJS Construction in the amount of $196,550.
3) Change order for closeouts for 705s Selective Siding and Foundation Repair
To approve Change Orders 2, 3 and 4 with a total contract cost of $0.00, and adding 45 days to the contract timeline.
To approve certificate of substantial and final completion.
4) Certificate of Final Completion for Beech Street Boiler Replacement
To approve the certificate of final completion and conclude the closeout process.
5) Write offs for Federal Tenant Accounts Receivable
To approve write-offs in Federal Tenant Accounts Receivable in the amount of $1,349,40 for the first Quarter of 2016
6) Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) HILAPP (High Leverage Asset Preservation Program) Award
To accept Amendment #6 in the amount of $1,233,333 for Siebel Apartments High Leverage Asset Preservation Program (HILAPP) Award, and have Chair sign the contract with DHCD
7) DHCD Year End Certifications
8) Boys & Girls Club annual Bruce E Thompson Memorial Golf Tournament

To approve a foursome for the annual Bruce E. Thompson Memorial Golf Tournament at Wyckoff Country Club in Holyoke
9) Moving to Work Conference, Washington, DC, April 21-22, 2016
To approve ROSS Coordinator’s attendance at the Moving to Work Conference in Washington, DC
