                A)            NEW BUSINESS

                                Anticipated topics for discussion:

                        1)            Elevator Maintenance Contract

To award 2 year maintenance contract to Eagle Elevator, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $52,034.40.

                                2)            Rosary Towers Community Room and Floors
To award Rosary Towers Community Room and Lobby Upgrades

                                3)            Close wait list, and open Churchill site based wait list
Based on significant size and expected wait times for applicants, it is recommended that we close the MPVP and public housing wait lists.

                                4)            Procurement Policy
To revise Procurement Policy in conformance with requirements of HUD 2 CFR 200.

                                5)            Lyman Terrace demo/dispo Application
To allow Executive Director to complete the HUD application

                                6)            Budget Presentation for 2016 by Fee Accountants
To approve FY 2016 budgets
