                To approve selection of two architectural firms and two engineering firms to serve as our on-call consultants

 
2.  Close out Toepfert Hot Water Heaters

                To approve closeout of the contract for installation of the on demand hot water heaters

 
3.  Reject file sub bids for Rosary Kitchens

                Only one bid was received in two filed sub bid categories and as such, the HHA is opting to reject  both and rebid the categories.

 
4.  Rosary Towers bid for new kitchens

                To approve selection of a contractor for installation of kitchens on the sixth, fifth and fourth floors of Rosary Towers
