                                1)            ESCO Energy Performance Contract

                                                To approve Executive Director to finalize Energy Performance Contract with                                                       AMERESCO and forward to HUD for review and approval.

                               

                                2)            Rosary Towers – Kitchens

·        To award to Inglewood Development Corp, the lowest responsible, responsive bidder the contract for kitchen rehab at Rosary Towers

 

                                3)            Zielinski Balcony

·        To award the Zielinski Balcony Repair to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, Chapman Waterproofing Co.

 

                                4)            Siebel Apartments – Building Envelope Improvements

                                                (a)          To reject Nationwide Construction, Inc. as non-responsive

                                                (b)          To award the Siebel Building Envelope contract to Garland Construction                                                                                Corporation as the lowest responsible, responsive bidder

 

                                5)            Audit Proposal

·        To award a 2 year auditing contract to Hurley O’Neal & Company, PC

               

                                6)            Federal Income Limits 2014 (HUD Income Guidelines)

·        To accept HUD 2014 published income limits

 

                                7)            DHCD Year End Certifications

 

                                                a)            Financial Statements 2013

                                                b)            Salary certification:  Top five salaries

                                                c)            Lead paint certification

 

                               

                                8)            Laundry Service Solicitation (five year contract)

·        To approve solicitation of a 5 year contract for coin operated laundry services

 

                                9)            Legal Services Solicitation

·        To approve solicitation of a 2 year legal services contract with 3 one year optional extensions
