1. Request for Determination of Applicability (Continued from 1-26-17)

Location: Old Bassett Road(MBP 144-00-012)
Description: Request to determine whether or not work associated with the construction of 
a single family house, and appurtenances, on an existing 3.9-acre lot located on Old Bassett Road, is subject to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act or the Holyoke Wetlands Ordinance.

Location: Mt. Tom Solar, former Mt. Tom Generating Station (Northampton Street, MBP 226-00-009)
Description: To confirm that the construction of a permanent access road at 200 Northampton Street will not remove, fill, dredge or alter Bordering Land Subject to Flooding (BLSF).  The Applicant has requested to determine whether or not the work is subject to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and whether the area and/or work is subject to the Holyoke Wetlands Ordinance. Roadway permitted in 2002 under DEP 186-0163 for Amanda Way.

Applicant: Mt. Tom Solar, LLC

Location: Mt. Tom Solar, former Mt. Tom Generating Station (Northampton Street, MBP 226-00-009)
Description: To amend the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Holyoke Wetlands Ordinance Order of Conditions for Mount Tom Solar (DEP 186-258) to accommodate the addition of a 40′ by 8′ battery storage system and a 1,145 cubic foot reduction in compensatory storage obligations due to construction revisions.
