    • Location: Beaudoin Village, Leary Drive 
    • Description: The Holyoke Housing Authority has filed an NOI for construction of a twenty-eight (28) car parking lot, two raingardens, and two stormwater outfalls at the Beaudoin Village housing development  (148-01-038).  Approximately 14,500 s.f. of the project is within the 100′ Buffer Zone of a regulated Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
