a) Request for Determination of Applicability

                    i.            Applicant:              Marcotte Ford

                  ii.            Representative:      Mark Reed, Heritage Surveys

                iii.            Location:                933 Main Street

                 iv.            Description:            Request for to determine whether or not work associated with the removal of an existing structure, construction of a new structure and repaving of portions of a parcel of land located at 933 Main Street (088-01-001) is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act.

 

b) Request for Determination of Applicability
