Item 3. McGee 4/18/17: Financial Transfer Request of $321,000 FROM: Charter School Assessment TO: Expenses (Transportation)
Item 4: McGee 4/18/18: Financial Transfer Request of $300,000 FROM: Charter School Assessment TO: Unemployment
Item 5: McGee 4/4/17: Financial Transfer Request of $37,500 FROm Short-term interest/Library Financial Manager/ Library Night Assistant/ Motor Equipment Operator TO: Expenses (HALO Rent)
Item 6: Leahy 5/2/17:Order that: Pursuant to our conversation at the recent Finance committee meeting, April 26, I am requesting the line item budget for this fiscal year and the last three fiscal years for the Holyoke Public schoos and any other programs that come through your department, such as the Halo program, for example. Please have this provided to the Finance Committee with in ten business days.
Item 7: McGee/Leahy/Vacon/Jourdain/McGiverin/Tallman 5/2/17: Order that Dr. Zrike meet with the Finance sub-committee to discuss the City of Holyoke not making Net School Spending for the 2016 school year. Please submit documentation for the school year.
Item 8: McGee 3/21/17: Ordered That the Treasurer is authorized to file an application to qualify any and all of the bonds or notes authorized by the Council on or before the date hereof under Chapter 44A of the General Laws, and to provide such information and execute such documents as may be required for such purposes

Item 10: McGee 2/21/17: Ordered that the DPW and or City Engineer provide the City Council with all the maintenance and most recent assessment report on the annex building. Please send the reports to the Council within 2 weeks.
