Item 1: Previous meeting minutes
Item 2: McGiverin, McGee: Ordered that the auditing firm of Clifton, Lawson, and Allen appear before the City Council Finance Committee with their findings
Item 3: Lisi 2/20/18: Order: That the City Council invite in our outside auditors, Melanson and Heath, to participate in the conversation with the former City Auditor Josh Pueschal, former City Auditor Brian Smith and former City Purchasing Director David Martins.
Item 4: McGee 2/20/18: Order: That the City Council (Finance Committee) invite in Audior/former Auditor Joshua Pueschal to address his letter of resignation and finances in the city. Also, invite in Brian Smith and David Martins
Item 5: Vacon 2/20/18: Order: that any department head who approves pay for an employee who has exhausted all paid benefits for a non-work related injury or issue be required to have written approval by the Mayor and an approved transfer or appropriation from the City Council.
Item 6: McGiverin 2/6/18: Ordered, that there be and is hereby appropriated by transfer in the fiscal year 2018, Two thousand four hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($2,400.00) as follows:

Item 7: Communication from MA Dept. of Revenue RE: follow -up to the correspondence sent on January 19, 2018 regarding the status of Holyoke’s Annual City and Town Financial Report (Schedule A) for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2017.
