Agenda:

1: The DGR Committee of the City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Holyoke City Hall, 536 Dwight St. to hear a Special Permit application for a special permit for a non-conforming use at 1065 Hampden St. for Mr. Robert Everett. 2. Bartley 9/1/15: Order: that the Honorable City Council, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B and the Holyoke Procurement Ordinance, vote to accept an offer from United Innovations, Inc. DBA Specialty Loose Leaf to purchase a parcel of land and a building located at 1 Cabot Street for $10,000. Said property is described by Holyoke Assessors’ records as Map 048, Block 01, Parcel 010, containing approximately 2.289 acres with a building approximately 200,000 square feet in size. The property is more particularly described in Hampden County Registry of Deeds Book 19236, Page 490. The property is zoned General Industry (IG) and has an assessed value of $440,600. Mayor’s acceptance letter and additional information has been submitted to the Council.

3. Bartley 9/1/15: Order: that the Honorable City Council, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B and the Holyoke Procurement Ordinance, vote to accept an offer from Holyoke Health Center to purchase a parcel of land and a building located at 245 High Street for $5,000. Said property is described by Holyoke Assessors’ records as Map 012, Block 03, Parcel 002, containing an approximate 8,952 square foot building situated on approximately 2,265 square feet of land. The property is more particularly described in deeds recorded in the Hampden County Registry of Deeds Book 17354, Page 459. The parcel is zoned Downtown Business (BC) and has an assessed value of $151,900. Mayor’s acceptance letter and additional information has been submitted to the Council.

4. Bartley 10/20/15: Order: the City Council approve the Certified Project and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Agreement for International Container Company/Searles Associates, LLC for its expansion at 122 Mosher St.
