Item 2: Item 4: Bartley 9/5/17: Ordered that The DGR committee invite Tim Brennan, PVPC Director, to a meeting

Item 3:  Special Permit application of PeoplesBank for a Drive thru facility (4.3 C.25) at 1850 Northampton St., 1864-1866 Northampton St., 12 Corser St., 14 Corser St. respectively. (Map 110 Block 00 Parcels 04, 05, 14, 13)

Item 4:  a Special Permit application of Paola Ferrario for non-conforming structures, other than single and two family structures (4.7.3) at  2 – 4 Portland Street (Map 078 Block 00 Parcel 048)  

Item 5: Bartley 9/5/17: Order to Declare Surplus
The Honorable City Council, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B and the Holyoke Code of Ordinances procurement ordinance, declare the property located at 144 High Street as surplus property available for disposition. The property was awarded to the City on June 27, 2016 via a Land Court Decree with a judgment recorded in Hampden County Registry of Deeds Document No. 207278 and Certificate of Title No. 17552.  The property is described in the Holyoke Assessor’s Records as Map 013, Block 02, Parcel 004, consisting of an approximate 5,460 square foot building situated on 3,354 square feet of land.  The property is zoned as Downtown Business (BC) with an assessed value of $82,400.
