Item 1: Acceptance of Previous Meeting Minutes

 

Item 2. Bartley 6/21/16: Ordered that the Holyoke City Council extend an invitation to Bennett Walsh, the new Superintendent of the Holyoke Soldier’s Home, to meet in Committee in the Fall of 2016

 

Item 3.Bartley 10/18/16: Order:  That the City Council approve the Resolution for the Certified Housing Development Incentive Program Project and local Tax Increment Exemption (TIE) Agreement with AACO Realty Corporation for the redevelopment of 380 Dwight Street (known as “The Canal Galleries”) in Board of Assessors Map 021, Block 01, Parcel 003.

 

Item 4. Bartley 10/18/16: Order:  That the City Council approve the Resolution for the Certified Project and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Agreement with AACO Realty Corporation for the redevelopment project (known as “The Canal Gallery”) at 380 Dwight Street (Board of Assessors Map 021, Block 01, Parcel 003).

 

Item 5: Sullivan 5/3/16: Ordered that members of the Holyoke Redevelopment Authority and HEDIC meet with the City Council to discuss current and future projects aimed at supporting the manufacturing and industrial base in Holyoke.

 

Item 6: Bartley, Sullivan 10/18/16: Order:  With CDBG funding coming round again, the Mayor is invited to attend any DGR meeting relative thereto.  Further, please consider designating $100,000.00 of CDBG funds for business façade improvements.  As a suggestion: the grants to businesses should require matching funds of at least 25%.
