Create. – A Plan for the Revitalization of Center City Holyoke” which was approved by the Holyoke City Council on December 4, 2012 and by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development on February 5, 2013, vote to approve the transfer of the properties listed below to the Holyoke Redevelopment Authority for consideration of $1.00.
