Ch. 40C, Sec. 3 the City Council adopt an ordinance to establish the Polish Heritage Local Historic District, as recommended in the Final Report and shown on the map submitted by the Fairfield Ave. Local Historic District Commission Recommend that the order be adopted

21B.    The Committee on Redevelopment to whom was referred an order requesting a meeting to bring representatives of the YMCA, the Planning Department, the Redevelopment Authority, the Historical Commission, and Stephen Bosco to discuss the Farr Mansion Recommend that the Order has been complied with

29.    SOTO    –    the City of Holyoke hire a part time plumbing inspector, an option the inspector can work second shift. So that the city has more coverage.

30.    SOTO    –    the Board of Health director and commissioner’s, come before the City Council to explore the possibly of having a second shift for health/ quality of life inspectors.

31.    SOTO    –    That the DPW install a crosswalk on the corner of Cabot and Clemente St.

32.    SOTO    –    That the City Council adopt (and/or amend as necessary) a rule to limit the amount of time that Councilors may speak on any one order.

33.    SOTO    –    That the City Council review the hours of operation of all city department’s, related to all holidays and elections days.

34.    FERREIRA    –    handicap parking space be designated outside of 199 Beech St..
