1)                  Rosary Towers Kitchen Cabinet Replacement Phase III

To award the kitchen cabinet replacement Phase III to Alpha Contracting Associates in the amount of $595,150.00.

2)            To approve proposed write offs for the fourth quarter 2016 for Federal Developments in the amount of $5,644.31.

3)            To approve travel to Washington, D.C. for the MIS Director and our MTW Coordinator to attend the MTW Conference April 19th through April 27, 2017.
