i) Applicant: Amec Foster Wheeler on behalf of Columbia Gas
ii) Description: Staging and assembling a barge on a pre-existing paved portion of the Riverfront Resource Area located at 8 Oscar Street (MBP117-00-144) to facilitate downstream coal tar remediation in Springfield
b) Request for Determination of Applicability
i) Applicant: VHB on behalf of the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center
ii) Description: Construction of a 2,400 s.f. solar computing pod within 100 feet of the 2nd Level Canal on a parcel located at 100 Bigelow Street (MBP 020-01-005)
c) Request for Determination of Applicability
i) Applicant: Tighe & Bond on behalf of Holyoke Gas & Electric
ii) Description: removal and abatement of approximately 400 linear feet of abandoned steam piping that contains asbestos and is located within 100 feet of the 1st Level Canal on a parcel located at the intersection of Dwight Street and Open Square Way (MBP 022-01-005).
d) DEP 186- 0252
i) Applicant: Massachusetts Department of Transportation
ii) Description: Drainage structure maintenance on a portion of the I-91 right-of-way located on the west side of Interstate 91 and the Exit 17 Ramps in Holyoke (within an area that is approximately 500′ from the southbound access to exit 17). This Notice of Intent proposes the alteration of thirty (30) linear feet of Bank and forty (40) square feet of Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways for the purpose of reestablishing a drainage swale that collects water from Longfellow Road.
