HOLYOKE PROPERTY OWNERS You may now sign up to pay your Tax Bills On-line. The first step is to sign up. After getting your account information you can simply login to pay. The transaction costs are less then the cost of a postage stamp if you pay by check. You also have the option to use your credit card.   The program will allow you to keep a running history of your payments This program is brought to you by the City of Holyoke's IT Department, the Tax      Collectors Office and MCC Metro. The City's Information Technology Department will soon be adding other on-line services including Building Permitting and Dog Licensing to this site.
